Q.01 Who can use Llamus?

Registered Migration Agents with a valid MARN. Agents must verify their registration number during onboarding. Individual visa applicants are not served through this platform.

Q.02 How does billing work?

Pay per case. Each unique client URL costs a flat fee — $35 for AU Tourist. No monthly subscription, no per-seat pricing, no hidden charges.

Q.03 What if the client speaks another language?

The intake form is available in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. The client receives the URL and selects their language. More languages available on request.

Q.04 What happens if the Australian government changes the ImmiAccount form?

Only the Chrome extension's field map needs updating — not your data or your clients' answers. We maintain the field map and push updates automatically.

Q.05 Is client data stored securely?

Yes. Data is stored encrypted per case. Clients access only their own case via secure token. Agents access only their own case list. Deleting a case removes all associated client data.
